DÍA 01 – TOKYO (LLEGADA UN MARTES)Llegada a Tokio centro de la política, economía, educación, comunicación y cultura popular de Japón. Después del trámite de inmigración y aduana, recepción por un asistente de habla española, quien les ayudará a tomar Airport Limousine Bus (de servicio regular compartido) para el hotel. (El asistente no los escoltará hasta el hotel.) *Dependiendo de la hora de llegada del vuelo, no habrá Airport Limousine Bus directo al hotel. En tal caso, tomarán un autobús hasta la Estación de Tokio desde donde tomarán un taxi. *En caso de que no opere Airport Limousine Bus, proveemos un traslado alternativo. En este caso el asistente entregara el dinero para el traslado.
DÍA 02 – TOKYO (D)
Desayuno en el hotel. 08:20 Reunión en el lobby de la Planta Baja / Piso 1 de la torre principal The Main. Visita en grupo de Tokio de media jornada con un guía de habla española; conoceremos el Santuario Meiji, dedicado al ex-emperador Mutsuhito, Plaza del Palacio Imperial (No entrarán en el recinto del palacio). Templo Senso-ji & Calle Nakamise con hileras de tiendas de recuerdos. El tour termina en Ginza. Tarde libre. (El guía les explicará a los pasajeros cómo volver al hotel.) Alojamiento.
DÍA 03 – TOKYO / HAKONE / TOKYO (D/A)
Desayuno en el hotel. 07:50 Reunión en el lobby. Excursión a Hakone de jornada completa en grupo con un guía de habla española; conoceremos en el Lago Ashi (paseo en barco), Valle Owakudani. En días claros podemos admirar el Monte Fuji tanto desde el Lago Ashi como desde el Valle Owakudani, Museo al Aire Libre de Hakone. Almuerzo incluido. *En caso de que el barco no opere a causa de fuerte lluvia y viento, (junio hasta comienzos de julio) (opera en julio a septiembre) visitaremos como alternativa Hakone Sekishoato (reconstrucción de un puesto de control en una carretera medieval). *Dependiendo de la densidad de gas volcánica, hay posibilidad de que no podamos visitar el Valle Owakudani. También puede que no podamos visitar el valle debido a terribles atascos en las carreteras. En tales casos visitaremos el Santuario Hakone-jinja. Después de la visita, regreso al hotel. Alojamiento.
DÍA 04 – TOKYO / KYOTO / NARA / KYOTO (D)
Una maleta por persona será enviada aparte en camión desde el hotel en Tokio hasta el hotel en Kioto. Puede que las maletas no lleguen al hotel el mismo día, de manera que los pasajeros necesitan llevar consigo una mochila o pequeña maleta con ropa y otras cosas indispensables para pasar una noche.Desayuno en el hotel. A las 08:00 Reunión en el lobby y traslado a la Estación de Tokio con un asistente de habla española. A las 09:21 Salida desde Tokio con destino a Kioto en tren bala Nozomi #215. Llegada a la Estación de Kioto donde un guía de habla española los recibirá. *El horario de tren está sujeto a cambio. Comienzo de la excursión a Nara en grupo. Conoceremos el Templo Todai-ji (estatua de Buda colosal), Parque de Nara (con muchos venados) En Kioto, visitaremos Gion (barrio de geishas). Llegada al hotel en Kioto y alojamiento.
DÍA 05 – KYOTO (D/A)
Desayuno en el hotel. A las 08:20 Reunión en el lobby para Visita de Kioto en grupo con un guía de habla española; conoceremos el Templo Sanjusangendo, Santuario Fushimi Inari (con miles de pórticos “torii”), Templo dorado Kinkaku-ji, Tempo Tenryu-ji, con un bello jardín japonés, Bosque de Bambú de Sagano en Arashiyama. A las 17:30 Regreso al hotel. Almuerzo en un restaurante. Alojamiento.
DÍA 06 – KYOTO / HIROSHIMA / KIOTO (D)Desayuno en el hotel. Tour a Hiroshima & Miyajima. A las 07:30 Reunión en el lobby del hotel con el guía de habla española. Traslado a la Estación de Kioto. Salida en tren bala Nozomi #3. Llegada a Hiroshima y comienzo de la visita. Conoceremos el Santuario Itsukushima en la Isla Miyajima, Parque y Museo de la Paz de Hiroshima, Cúpula de la Bomba Atómica. Traslado a la Estación de Hiroshima. Salida rumbo a Kioto en tren bala Nozomi #52. El tour termina al llegar a la Estación de Kioto. Traslado por cuenta de los pasajeros en el shuttle bus del hotel o en taxi. Alojamiento. *Los horarios de tren están sujetos a cambio.
DÍA 07 – KYOTO / KANAZAWA (D)
Desayuno en el hotel. *Una maleta por persona será enviada aparte en camión desde el hotel en Kioto hasta el hotel en Osaka. Lleven consigo una mochila con ropa y otras cosas indispensables para pasar una noche en Kanazawa y otra en Gero. 08:00 Reunión en el lobby con un guía de habla española y traslado a Kanazawa en autobús privado (dependiendo del número de pasajeros, podría ser una furgoneta). 12:00 Llegada a Kanazawa. Visita de Kanazawa de jornada completa en grupo; conocerán el Mercado Omicho (mercado animado donde venden pescados, mariscos, verduras, etc.), Barrio Higashichaya, Jardín Kenrokuen (uno de los jardines más famosos de Japón). Traslado al hotel en Kanazawa y check-in. *Almuerzo NO está incluido. Tendrán tiempo libre para almorzar en el Mercado Omicho. Alojamiento.
DÍA 08 – KANAZAWA / SHIRAKAWAGO / TAKAYAMA / GERO (D/A/C)
Desayuno en el hotel. 08:15 Reunión en el lobby y salida hacia Shirakawago con un guía de habla española (en grupo); conoceremos las casas al estilo Gasshozukuri Después, traslado a Takayama donde conoceremos el barrio histórico Kamisannomachi con tiendas de recuerdos y bodegas de sake, Yatai Kaikan (exposición de las carrozas para el Festival de Takayama) Almuerzo en restaurante local, 18:00 Traslado al ryokan en Gero , Cena y alojamiento. ¡DISFRUTEN DE BAÑO ONSEN (DE AGUAS TERMALES)! El ryokan en Gero dispone de baños de aguas termales. *Hay un baño sólo para mujeres y otro baño sólo para hombres. *Tradicionalmente hoteles y ryokanes no permiten a personas con tatuajes llamativos utilizar baños de aguas termales, ya que los tatuajes están asociados a la Yakuza (mafia japonesa).
DÍA 09 – GERO / NAGOYA / OSAKA (D)
Desayuno en el ryokan. 08:15 Reunión en el lobby con un guía de habla española. Traslado a la Estación de Gero a pie. 08:46 Salida desde Gero con destino a Nagoya en tren express Wideview Hida #4 Llegada a la Estación de Nagoya, Salida desde Nagoya con destino a Shin-Osaka en tren bala Nozomi #215. Llegada a la Estación Shin-Osaka Visita de Osaka con un guía de habla española en grupo; conocerán Dotonbori (barrio muy animado con muchos restaurantes con fachadas extravagantes, por ejemplo, con una figura gigante de cangrejo), Castillo de Osaka. 17:00 Traslado al hotel en Osaka y alojamiento. Almuerzo NO está incluido. Tendrán tiempo libre para almorzar en Dotonbori. *Los horarios de tren están sujetos a cambio.
DÍA 10 – OSAKA / SALIDA (KANSAI O ITAMI) (D)
Desayuno en el hotel. Traslado al Aeropuerto de Kansai (KIX) o Itami (ITM) en Airport Limousine Bus sin asistencia. *Los pasajeros recibirán los billetes de autobús al hacer checkout. *El Airport Limousine Bus sale desde la terminal de autobuses que está ubicada al lado del Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka para el Aeropuerto de Kansai (KIX) IMPORTANTE: El primer Airport Limousine Bus del día llega al Aeropuerto de Kansai (KIX) o Itami (ITM) a las 06:30 a.m. En caso de que la hora de salida del vuelo es antes de las 08:30 a.m., el traslado se realizará en taxi reservado sin asistencia y se aplicará un suplemento de 49 USD por pasajero con base a dos pasajeros. Sólo se permite una maleta por persona. Si llevan más de una maleta, el chófer les cobrará 10 USD por maleta adicional en destino. cada pasajero puede llevar consigo sin ningún suplemento hasta dos piezas pequeñas de equipaje (morral)
Tarjeta de asistencia médica durante todo el recorrido (cubrimiento de USD 60.000 por accidente o enfermedad no preexistente) por evento, aplica suplemento del 50 % para mayores de 76 a 85 años, esta tarjeta tiene seguro de cancelación incluido hasta 2000 USD.
Traslados aeropuerto – hotel – aeropuerto según itinerario.
Traslados entre ciudades según itinerario.
Alojamiento en hoteles a elección, comidas especificadas en el itinerario.

Para el tour Japón si el pasajero lleva más de una maleta, se cobra JPY 2,500 por cada maleta extra.
Propinas sugeridas según estándares internacionales: para guía y chofer USD 2 – 4 por pasajero por día.
Para maletero USD 1 por maleta y por cada servicio.
Actividades o conceptos no contemplados como servicios incluidos del viaje, tales como, almuerzos, cenas, souvenirs, llamadas locales y de larga distancia, guías de turismo, pólizas de seguros, excesos de equipaje y boletas para la participación en cruceros, eventos deportivos o culturales.
Después de expedidos y pagados los tiquetes domésticos aéreos no podrán ser reembolsados, ni endosados, ni se podrá hacer cambio de fecha.
La tasa de aeropuerto y el recargo por combustible se calcularán nuevamente antes de emitir los tiquetes de vuelos internos.
Pasaporte en perfecto estado por lo menos 6 meses de vigencia con respecto a la fecha de ingreso a los Países que visita y tener un mínimo cinco hojas en blanco.
Tarifas están sujetas a modificaciones sin previo aviso y a disponibilidad en el momento de reserva.
En caso de que no haya autobús para el aeropuerto debido al horario del vuelo de salida, si son muy temprano o muy tarde en la noche, los pasajeros tendrán que ir en taxi (por su cuenta) a la terminal de autobuses T-CAT desde donde salen con frecuencia Airport Limousine Bus.
ENVÍO DE EQUIPAJE: 1 maleta por persona será transportada aparte en camión en los siguientes días; Tokyo a Kyoto (preparen una mochila con ropa y otras cosas indispensables para pasar 1 noche y empacar maleta para pasar 2 noches en Gero/ y Kanazawa.)

What types of personal data we can handle;

We collect personal data. As a rule, all data handled by us are provided by the consumer of our services, who may be the data subject or someone who speaks for him.
