DAY 1 -SATURDAY: MILAN
Arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel in Milan. Free time. At 6:00 PM, meeting with the tour leader at the hotel reception.
DAY 2 - SUNDAY: MILAN
Breakfast and visit of Milan, a city with an invaluable historical, artistic, and architectural heritage, but also famous in other fields: it is the Italian capital of fashion, an industrial center, and a hub of the Italian economy. A walk through Milan cannot miss some emblematic sites such as Piazza del Duomo, one of the largest and most evocative squares in Italy, with the imposing Gothic-style Cathedral, the Teatro alla Scala, a cultural symbol of Milan and one of the most prestigious theaters in the world for its history, architecture, and performances, and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Free time and return to the hotel.
OPTIONAL EXCURSION: Milan Navigli District – symbol of Milanese nightlife
Excursion to discover the Navigli district, one of the most picturesque areas of Milan, famous worldwide for its nightlife and the hundreds of bars along its canals, with a stop to admire one of the most evocative Gothic cathedrals, the majestic Milan Cathedral, illuminated. After a short walk to explore the history of this charming neighborhood, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious aperitif.
DAY 3 - MONDAY: LAKE MAGGIORE (STRESA - BORROMEAN ISLANDS) - MILAN
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for Stresa, a splendid tourist center overlooking Lake Maggiore. This charming lakeside town is set in a unique landscape: it offers an optimal view of the Alps, and the entire area faces the waters of Lake Maggiore, which are home to the famous Borromean Islands. Later, excursion to the Borromean Islands, including the monumental Isola Bella, the picturesque Isola dei Pescatori, and Isola Madre, known for its botanical garden filled with exotic plants. During the excursion, lunch on Isola dei Pescatori featuring
typical local dishes. Return to Stresa and free time. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon. Overnight stay.
DAY 4 - TUESDAY: MILAN – LAKE COMO (COMO, VILLA CARLOTTA, AND BELLAGIO) – MILAN
After breakfast, departure and guided tour of Como, one of the most beloved cities in northern Italy, featuring the Duomo, the Broletto, Palazzo Terragni, and a walk through the ancient streets of the walled city and the remains of the medieval walls. Transfer to Tremezzo for a guided visit to Villa Carlotta, situated in a dominant position on the lake and surrounded by a magnificent park of exotic plants, famous for its spectacular blooms. Boat transfer to Bellagio, one of the most beautiful tourist destinations. Free time to enjoy the atmosphere and
explore the charming corners of the “Pearl of Lake Como.” In the afternoon, return to the hotel. Overnight stay.
DAY 5 - WEDNESDAY: MILAN – BERGAMO – FRANCIACORTA – VERONA
Breakfast and departure for Bergamo. Take the funicular up to Bergamo Alta, the historic and perfectly preserved heart of Bergamo, rich in history and scenic beauty. During the short ride, your view gradually opens up to the Alps as you approach and pass through the ancient walls. After the visit, continue toone of the Franciacorta wineries and, at the end of the visit, enjoy a wine tasting that reflects the soul and history of this important wine region. In the afternoon, transfer to the hotel and free time. Overnight stay.
DAY 6 - THURSDAY: VERONA – LAKE GARDA (SIRMIONE – PESCHIERA DEL GARDA) – VERONA
After breakfast, depart for Sirmione, a picturesque town located on the southern shore of Lake Garda, known to all as “the pearl of islands and peninsulas” thanks to Catullus. The town offers a rich historical and artistic heritage, including the remains of an ancient Roman villa from the early Imperial period, known as the Grotte di Catullo, the Rocca Scaligera, and the church of San Pietro in Mavino. Continue to Peschiera del Garda, a charming walled town directly overlooking the lake and declared a UNESCO World Heritage site due to its Venetian fortifications. Walking through its streets, you can discover lively squares, medieval corners, and panoramic views of the lake. In the afternoon, return to the hotel and free time. Overnight stay.

DAY 7 - FRIDAY: VERONA
Breakfast at the hotel and visit of Verona, known worldwide as the capital of turbulent love, having hosted the story of the two most famous lovers in the world, Romeo and Juliet. Its unique historic center has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its architecture and urban layout.
OPTIONAL EXCURSION: Visit with entrance to the Arena of Verona
The Arena of Verona, a majestic Roman amphitheater from the 1st century AD, is considered one of the best-preserved in the world. An undisputed symbol of the city, it still hosts internationally renowned shows and concerts, giving visitors the chance to experience centuries of history in a unique setting.
DAY 8 - SATURDAY : LAKE ISEO (ISEO – GIANT BENCH PILZONE) – MILAN
Departure to Lake Iseo and a panoramic walk through Iseo, a town that stretches along the lake and still preserves the layout of the ancient medieval village, featuring the Oldofredi Castle, the Pieve di Sant’Andrea, and the central Piazza Garibaldi with a fountain dedicated to the hero. The town offers elegant boutiques, bars, restaurants, and historic buildings that attract tourists throughout the day. Continue to Pilzone, where the famous Giant Bench is located, part of the Big Bench Community project, offering a spectacular panoramic view of the lake and surroundings—a perfect spot for an unforgettable photo opportunity. In the afternoon, transfer to the hotel in Milan. Overnight stay.
DAY 9 - SUNDAY: MILAN
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport/train station. End of services.

This Statement of Privacy and Protection of Personal Data applies only to the company VIAJOW OPERADORA DE TURISMO LTDA, which is a Brazilian organization aware of the importance of privacy and protection of personal data. We are a company that promotes the sale of services and products aimed at national and international tourism, both leisure and corporate, selling transport (land, air and sea), accommodation and entertainment services.
Indeed,by virtue of the business activity carried out, the company ends up receiving, processing and handling information, both from individuals and companies.
In relation to individuals, as a rule, the company will have access to registration information, which may be provided by the holder or searched in research systems available in the market or by public bodies or even available on the world wide web. You may have access to data listed as sensitive by current legislation, depending on the product or service contracted with VIAJOW.

As stated above, VIAJOW will have access to information of individuals, in order to provide services for which its corporate purpose is aimed. Such information may even be on the list of sensitive information brought by the legislation
This information will be shared between partners and service providers contracted by VIAJOW, both nationally and internationally, in order to facilitate the acquisition and enjoyment of the contracted services. Sharing may occur, depending on the services contracted with VIAJOW, including on social networks.
VIAJOW, when it comes to sharing information with service providers (national and international) that are part of the service package purchased by the interested party, is subject to the data protection policy of each policyholder, in this particular, and the holder must consultation with such rules, when the situation so requires.
VIAJOW is not responsible for the manipulation, treatment and sharing of data carried out by VIAJOW service providers, nor for the misuse of information considered sensitive by the collector, since the intermediary service providers are the consumer’s choice.

What types of personal data we can handle;
The personal data that we can handle are registration data, data related to professional life, financial data, which may include: your name; age; birth date; nationality, sex; email address; home address; Country of Residence; lifestyle and social circumstances (eg, your hobbies); family circumstances (eg, your marital status and dependents); details about employment or past employment and education (eg the organization you work for, your title and your educational details); financial and tax information (eg, your income and tax residency); your postings on blogs, forums, wikis and any other social media applications and services; claim details; details of how you use products and services; details of how you like to interact and other similar information.
The personal data that we handle for third parties may include sensitive personal data, which is defined by law as personal data about racial or ethnic origin, religious conviction, political opinion, membership of a trade union or organization of a religious, philosophical or political nature, given that relating to health or sex life, genetic or biometric data, when linked to a natural person. In this way, we can manipulate details about health and sexual orientation.
The types of personal data and special categories of personal data that we handle may vary depending on the services contracted with VIAJOW. In some rare circumstances, we may also collect other special categories of personal data about you, either because you provide this data to us or because we are required to collect it as a result of legal requirements imposed on us.
How do we process personal data?
We collect personal data. As a rule, all data handled by us are provided by the consumer of our services, who may be the data subject or someone who speaks for him. Indeed, we handle personal data in the course of our provision of services to our customer. In rare exceptions, we may collect or obtain such data because you provide it to us or because it is publicly available. However, on these occasions, data will be collected as a result of some specific demand from our customers. To whom we disclose your personal data
VIAJOW never discloses personal data on its own. Any disclosure will result from the provision of services and preceded by a prior analysis of the authorization taken by the service holder, which will be taken together with the formalization of the contract for the acquisition of VIAJOW products or services.
How we protect your personal data
We use a number of physical, electronic and managerial measures to ensure that your personal data remains secure, accurate and up to date. These measures include:
· Education and training of responsible staff so that they are aware of our privacy and data protection obligations when dealing with personal data;
· Administrative and technical controls to restrict access to personal data, subject to the need for knowledge;

· Deleting personal data after the end of its treatment, within the scope and technical limits of the activities, authorized for conservation for the purposes provided by law; and

How long will we keep your information?
We will keep your personal data on our systems for the longer of the following periods:
(i) as long as necessary for the relevant activity or services;
(ii) any retention period required by law;
(iii) the end of the period in which disputes or investigations in relation to the Services may arise;
(iv) as long as your consent is valid, in the applicable cases;
