DAY 1 - FRIDAY: ROME
Arrival at Rome airport and transfer to the hotel. Free time. At 18:00, meeting with the tour leader at the hotel reception.
DAY 2 - SATURDAY: ROME - ASSISI - SIENA - FLORENCE
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the Tuscany region, with a stop in Assisi and time to explore at your own pace the birthplace of Saint Francis, a place of spirituality and beauty. Stroll through its medieval streets, discover the imposing Basilica of Saint Francis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and enjoy panoramic views over the Umbrian valley. Next, stop in Siena for an independent exploration of one of the most beautiful medieval cities in Italy. Walking through its narrow streets, you will reach the majestic Piazza del Campo, famous for the Palio, and admire the impressive Siena Cathedral, a gem of Italian Gothic art. A perfect experience to get lost among palaces, towers, and historic corners. Finally, transfer to the hotel in Florence.
DAY 3 - SUNDAY: FLORENCE
Breakfast and visit of Florence, a city with an atmosphere that invites you to travel through time, known worldwide as the birthplace of the Renaissance and a cradle of architecture and art. Guided tour of the historic center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, surrounded by churches, monuments, and Renaissance buildings of great beauty praised by poets of different eras. The Baptistery of Saint John, dedicated to the city’s patron saint, the famous Giotto’s Campanile, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, and Brunelleschi’s imposing dome are just some of the wonders Florence offers. After the visit, transfer back to the hotel.
Optional Excursion: Uffizi Gallery
The Uffizi Gallery, designed in the mid-16th century by Giorgio Vasari, consists of 90 rooms housing the most important and famous paintings in art history: works by Giotto, Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Botticelli, as well as numerous paintings by Flemish and Dutch artists displayed in chronological order. Breakfast at the hotel and departure from Florence to Bologna. Upon arrival, meet the guide for a walking tour of the historic center, discovering the vibrant atmosphere of the oldest university city in Europe. Stroll through Piazza Maggiore, the heart of civic life, where the imposing Palazzo d’Accursio and the majestic Basilica of San Petronio stand. Continue along the porticoed streets, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, until reaching the famous Asinelli and Garisenda Towers, medieval symbols of the city. Along the way, admire elegant palaces, lively squares, and corners full of history that reflect Bologna’s rich cultural heritage. At the end of the visit, transfer to the hotel and overnight stay.
DAY 5 - TUESDAY: BOLOGNA - MODENA - PARMA - BOLOGNA
After breakfast, departure from Bologna towards Modena, a city symbolic of Italy’s great gastronomic and automotive tradition. Enjoy a walk through the historic center, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its majestic Romanesque Cathedral, the slender Ghirlandina Tower, and the lively Piazza Grande. Continue to Parma, a refined city of art known for its prestigious theaters and culinary excellence. Here, the experience becomes even more authentic with a visit to a traditional dairy, to discover the secrets of Parmigiano Reggiano production. The visit ends with a tasting of different maturations, paired with the unmistakable Prosciutto di Parma PDO, a combination that embodies the soul of the territory. In the afternoon, return to the hotel in Bologna.
DAY 6 - WEDNESDAY: BOLOGNA - RAVENNA - BOLOGNA
Breakfast at the hotel and departure to Ravenna, a city renowned for its extraordinary Byzantine heritage and magnificent mosaics, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walking tour of the historic center with visits to iconic monuments such as the Basilica of San Vitale, the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia, and the Basilica of Sant’Apollinare Nuovo, true masterpieces of art and architecture reflecting centuries of history. After the visit, return to Bologna.
Optional excursion (in Italian or English): Ferrari & Balsamic Vinegar
An unforgettable day between the Ferrari legend and the famous “Black Gold” of Modena. DAY 8 - FRIDAY: ROME
Breakfast at the hotel and the start of a fascinating tour to discover the splendor of Baroque Rome, strolling through monumental squares, majestic fountains, and richly decorated churches. Next, a stroll through Trastevere, with its cobbled streets, lively squares, and colorful façades, a neighborhood that preserves the authentic Roman spirit and offers charming corners to discover at every turn.
Optional excursion: Ancient Rome – Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatin Hill
A fascinating tour to discover the origins of the Eternal City. We are a company that promotes the sale of services and products aimed at national and international tourism, both leisure and corporate, selling transport (land, air and sea), accommodation and entertainment services.
Indeed,by virtue of the business activity carried out, the company ends up receiving, processing and handling information, both from individuals and companies.
In relation to individuals, as a rule, the company will have access to registration information, which may be provided by the holder or searched in research systems available in the market or by public bodies or even available on the world wide web. As stated above, VIAJOW will have access to information of individuals, in order to provide services for which its corporate purpose is aimed. Such information may even be on the list of sensitive information brought by the legislation
This information will be shared between partners and service providers contracted by VIAJOW, both nationally and internationally, in order to facilitate the acquisition and enjoyment of the contracted services. Sharing may occur, depending on the services contracted with VIAJOW, including on social networks.
VIAJOW, when it comes to sharing information with service providers (national and international) that are part of the service package purchased by the interested party, is subject to the data protection policy of each policyholder, in this particular, and the holder must consultation with such rules, when the situation so requires.
VIAJOW is not responsible for the manipulation, treatment and sharing of data carried out by VIAJOW service providers, nor for the misuse of information considered sensitive by the collector, since the intermediary service providers are the consumer’s choice.

What types of personal data we can handle;
The personal data that we can handle are registration data, data related to professional life, financial data, which may include: your name; age; birth date; nationality, sex; email address; home address; Country of Residence; lifestyle and social circumstances (eg, your hobbies); family circumstances (eg, your marital status and dependents); details about employment or past employment and education (eg the organization you work for, your title and your educational details); financial and tax information (eg, your income and tax residency); your postings on blogs, forums, wikis and any other social media applications and services; claim details; details of how you use products and services; details of how you like to interact and other similar information.

How do we process personal data?
We collect personal data. As a rule, all data handled by us are provided by the consumer of our services, who may be the data subject or someone who speaks for him. Indeed, we handle personal data in the course of our provision of services to our customer. However, on these occasions, data will be collected as a result of some specific demand from our customers. VIAJOW never discloses personal data on its own. Any disclosure will result from the provision of services and preceded by a prior analysis of the authorization taken by the service holder, which will be taken together with the formalization of the contract for the acquisition of VIAJOW products or services.
How we protect your personal data
We use a number of physical, electronic and managerial measures to ensure that your personal data remains secure, accurate and up to date. These measures include:
· Education and training of responsible staff so that they are aware of our privacy and data protection obligations when dealing with personal data;

How long will we keep your information?

(i) as long as necessary for the relevant activity or services;
