The tour is organized with an all-inclusive approach, without any extra tours and in the spirit of a Kosovan program. Balkan Night in local restaurants and tasting the famous Bosnian Meatballs are also included in the program.
This tour package is prepared with an all-inclusive approach and without extra tours. Accommodation, transportation, guidance, and selected meals are an integral part of the package.
Lunches are not included in the tour price on any day; participants must cover their lunch costs in suitable venues determined by the guide during free time.

Currency: It is sufficient to have Euros for shopping and expenses in all countries covered by the program during the tour. In regions using the local currency, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
Clothing and Equipment: Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. For night travels, it is recommended to carry a cardigan or similar clothing with you.
Seat Arrangement: Rotations (seat changes) are applied in daily seat planning during our tours. Fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
Customs and Item Limits: To bring items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) when entering Turkey from abroad, at least 3 days of accommodation is required. Free shop shopping limits are as follows:
Program Changes: Guides may make changes in the flow of the program depending on weather and road conditions, provided that every place specified in the program is shown.
Cancellation Conditions:
Minimum Participation Requirement: The tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure and the cancellation status will be notified to you.
Hotel Notification: Hotels provided in the tour program with only category information without a name will be notified to you 2 days before the trip.
Triple Rooms: Triple rooms can be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than the standard beds in these rooms. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Child discounts apply to a single child who complies with the age group and stays with 2 adults.
Breakfast Content: Breakfasts offered at the hotel are generally in continental breakfast format (butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee) according to the breakfast culture of the country. It may be served in a separate hall for groups.
Panoramic City Tours: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized to introduce cities and are conducted with guide narration from inside the vehicle, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Responsibility is not accepted for tours that cannot be carried out due to situations not permitted by local authorities or weather conditions.
Check-in and Flight Procedures: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants in flight tours are personal and must be carried out at the relevant airline counters or online at the airport before the flight. Those who miss the plane are responsible for all necessary new flight tickets and transfer expenses to join the tour.

What types of personal data we can handle;
The personal data that we can handle are registration data, data related to professional life, financial data, which may include: your name; age; birth date; nationality, sex; email address; home address; Country of Residence; lifestyle and social circumstances (eg, your hobbies); family circumstances (eg, your marital status and dependents); details about employment or past employment and education (eg the organization you work for, your title and your educational details); financial and tax information (eg, your income and tax residency); your postings on blogs, forums, wikis and any other social media applications and services; claim details; details of how you use products and services; details of how you like to interact and other similar information.

We collect personal data. As a rule, all data handled by us are provided by the consumer of our services, who may be the data subject or someone who speaks for him.
