Dicembre 30 - MADRID – TRUJILLO – SIVIGLIA
Prima colazione. Partenza per Trujillo. Breve fermata e tempo libero per una passeggiata in questa bella cittadina, piena di palazzi antichi costruiti per gli ‘indiani’ (così chiamati coloro che ritornavano in Spagna dall’America nel XVII e XVIII secolo dopo aver fatto fortuna). Pizarro, conquistatore del Peru, è nato qui. Proseguimento per Siviglia. Cena e pernottamento.
Dicembre 31 - SIVIGLIA
Prima colazione. Ampia panoramica della città e visita della Cattedrale, terzo tempio cristiano del mondo, un insieme armonioso d’insolita bellezza, insieme alla Giralda, antico minareto della moschea, diventata poi il campanile della Cattedrale. Passeggiata per il singolare Quartiere di Santa Cruz, un labirinto di vicoli dai nomi pieni di leggenda, piazzette e bellissimi cortili in fiore. Pomeriggio libero. Sarà suggestivo fare come gli spagnoli’ e comportarsi secondo la tradizione: passeggiare per le strade illuminate del centro, camminare per i mercatini di Natale. Un’altra tradizione è la celebrazione più famosa in Spagna ricevere il nuovo anno mangiando 12 chicchi di uva al ritmo dei 12 rintocchi di campane negli ultimi 12 secondi dell’anno, come augurio di portafortuna nel nuovo anno. Gennaio 01 - SIVIGLIA – CORDOVA – GRANADA
Prima colazione. Partenza per Cordova. Visita della Moschea, una delle più belle opere dell'arte islamica nel mondo, con un bellissimo bosco di colonne ed un sontuoso "mihrab". Passeggiata per il Quartiere Ebraico, con le sue viuzze caratteristiche, le case con i balconi colmi di fiori ed i tradizionali cortili andalusi. Proseguimento per Granada. Cena e pernottamento.
Gennaio 02 - GRANADA
Prima colazione. In mattinata visita guidata della città del centro storico e le sue caratteristiche stradine passando per la Cattedrale (non visitate all’interno per chiusura in questa data). Visiteremo la Certosa con il suo impattante pala d’altare e il Monasterio de San Jeronimo. Proseguiremo verso una zona che permette una bella vista della Alhambra per una intensa spiegazione di questo bel monumento e della sua importanza storica; una volta palazzo reale e fortezza dei re Naziridi, testimonianza dello splendore del periodo medievale musulmano della città (la visita finirà al massimo alle 13:00). Pomeriggio libero (chi acquisterà l’ingresso potrà visitare l’Alhambra individualmente, senza guida, ma sono disponibili audioguide in italiano, chiedere al suo agente di viaggio). Cena e pernottamento.
Gennaio 03 - GRANADA - TOLEDO - MADRID
Prima colazione. Partenza, attraversando la regione della Mancha dove si potrà ammirare il paesaggio descritto nell'opera di Don Chisciotte. Arrivo a Toledo che è stata la capitale della Spagna e la residenza reale nel XIII secolo, durante questo periodo di massimo splendore le popolazioni musulmane, ebree e cristiane vissero insieme pacificamente facendolo diventare un grande centro culturale e monumentale. Passeggiando lungo le sue strette stradine si può ammirare il percorso storico che questa cittadina ha avuto. Visiteremo la Cattedrale. Proseguimento per la vicina Madrid. Pernottamento
Gennaio 04 - MADRID
Prima colazione. Mattinata di visita guidata: inizieremo con la parte chiamata “Madrid degli Asburgo” (la dinastia che regnò dal XVI all’inizio del XVIII sec.): in poche parole, il cuore storico più antico della città, dove si trovano la famosa Plaza Mayor, la piazza principale e Plaza de la Villa (comune). Continueremo nella “Madrid dei Borboni” (dinastia attuale) che segue gli sviluppi urbanistici dal XVIII e XIX secolo che hanno caratterizzato la città: le meravigliose fontane (Cibeles, Neptuno) lungo la Castellana, asse principale nord-sud della città, la Borsa, il Parlamento. Pomeriggio libero per godere d’una splendida atmosfera natalizia; mercatini, negozi, ecc. (*). Pernottamento

Tutti i prezzi sono basati sui servizi diurni (07:00-22:00). I servizi notturni (22:00-07:00) hanno un supplemento del 30 % del quale vi informeremo all’atto della conferma. Bisogna tenere conto che per il trasferimento di rientro va calcolato un appuntamento in hotel circa 3 ore prima della partenza del volo, è su questo orario che si calcola l’eventuale supplemento per il servizio notturno. I trasferimenti possono essere effettuati in condivisione con altri passeggeri in arrivo o in partenza sullo stesso volo e sui nostri tour. In caso voleste il trasferimento in uso esclusivo, si prega di farne segnalazione, ci sarà un supplemento del 20% su questi prezzi. Trasferimenti in arrivo dall’orario di atterraggio previsto, l’autista attende fino a un massimo di 45 minuti. In caso di problemi con il bagaglio che impediscano di uscire prima, si prega di uscire fuori dal controllo di polizia (con dicitura che vi comunicheremo alla conferma).

Chiusura dei monumenti previsti
Tutti i programmi sono preparati considerando la chiusura usuale al 16-06-26, ma per diverse situazioni può capitare la chiusura del monumento previsto. Davanti a questa situazione troveremo la soluzione alternativa più valida, e sempre che sia possibile vi informeremo previamente. In caso di modifica del costo dei monumenti, sarà ugualmente comunicato l’incremento. La cattedrale di Siviglia durante la Pasqua, per la preparazione delle manifestazioni delle ‘procesioni’, non si può visitare. In alcune delle chiese indicate non esiste un ingresso ufficiale, ma è tradizione lasciare un'offerta. Ugualmente per alcuni dei monumenti indicati ci sono spese di prenotazione addizionali. che sono già considerate nel prezzo degli ingressi. Per ingressi senior (con 65 anni o più) e bambini (meno di 12 anni) ci sarà bisogno di portare la carta d’identità da mostrare all’ingresso di certi monumenti. Sono applicabili questi prezzi speciali SOLO quando è indicata questa opzione nel pacchetto ingressi. Per ottenere gli ingressi con sconto senior e child, è necessario inviare, all’atto della prenotazione del viaggio, copia della carta d’identità o passaporto del cliente. In assenza di ciò l’entrata verrà acquistata e conseguentemente addebitata senza la riduzione prevista’.
In nessun caso sarà valido nessuno sconto una volta arrivati. Solo si possono applicare gli sconti per ingressi nei nostri tour, quelli espressamente indicati in ogni tour.
Spiegazione: molti dei nostri ingressi bisogna acquistarli online prima e, come gruppo, per poter avere accesso veloce. Quegli altri sconti non accettati bisogna comprarli in loco e fare la coda -imprevisibile il tempo- e con disturbo per il resto dei clienti, e l’impossibilità per il programma proposto.

We are a company that promotes the sale of services and products aimed at national and international tourism, both leisure and corporate, selling transport (land, air and sea), accommodation and entertainment services.

As stated above, VIAJOW will have access to information of individuals, in order to provide services for which its corporate purpose is aimed. Such information may even be on the list of sensitive information brought by the legislation
This information will be shared between partners and service providers contracted by VIAJOW, both nationally and internationally, in order to facilitate the acquisition and enjoyment of the contracted services. Sharing may occur, depending on the services contracted with VIAJOW, including on social networks.
VIAJOW, when it comes to sharing information with service providers (national and international) that are part of the service package purchased by the interested party, is subject to the data protection policy of each policyholder, in this particular, and the holder must consultation with such rules, when the situation so requires.

What types of personal data we can handle;
The personal data that we can handle are registration data, data related to professional life, financial data, which may include: your name; age; birth date; nationality, sex; email address; home address; Country of Residence; lifestyle and social circumstances (eg, your hobbies); family circumstances (eg, your marital status and dependents); details about employment or past employment and education (eg the organization you work for, your title and your educational details); financial and tax information (eg, your income and tax residency); your postings on blogs, forums, wikis and any other social media applications and services; claim details; details of how you use products and services; details of how you like to interact and other similar information.
The personal data that we handle for third parties may include sensitive personal data, which is defined by law as personal data about racial or ethnic origin, religious conviction, political opinion, membership of a trade union or organization of a religious, philosophical or political nature, given that relating to health or sex life, genetic or biometric data, when linked to a natural person. In this way, we can manipulate details about health and sexual orientation.
The types of personal data and special categories of personal data that we handle may vary depending on the services contracted with VIAJOW. In some rare circumstances, we may also collect other special categories of personal data about you, either because you provide this data to us or because we are required to collect it as a result of legal requirements imposed on us.
How do we process personal data?
We collect personal data. As a rule, all data handled by us are provided by the consumer of our services, who may be the data subject or someone who speaks for him. Indeed, we handle personal data in the course of our provision of services to our customer. In rare exceptions, we may collect or obtain such data because you provide it to us or because it is publicly available. However, on these occasions, data will be collected as a result of some specific demand from our customers. (b) to perform any contract, as well as to provide our services to you or our customer. To whom we disclose your personal data
VIAJOW never discloses personal data on its own. Any disclosure will result from the provision of services and preceded by a prior analysis of the authorization taken by the service holder, which will be taken together with the formalization of the contract for the acquisition of VIAJOW products or services.
How we protect your personal data
We use a number of physical, electronic and managerial measures to ensure that your personal data remains secure, accurate and up to date. These measures include:
· Education and training of responsible staff so that they are aware of our privacy and data protection obligations when dealing with personal data;
· Administrative and technical controls to restrict access to personal data, subject to the need for knowledge;

How long will we keep your information?
We will keep your personal data on our systems for the longer of the following periods:
(i) as long as necessary for the relevant activity or services;
(ii) any retention period required by law;
(iii) the end of the period in which disputes or investigations in relation to the Services may arise;
(iv) as long as your consent is valid, in the applicable cases;
(v) pursuant to current legislation.
