DAY 01 PANAMA ✈️ ISTANBUL
Arrive at Tocumen International Airport three hours prior to departure for your Turkish Airlines flight to Istanbul. Overnight on board.
DAY 02 ISTANBUL
Welcome to Türkiye, a country full of culture, history, and unique experiences, where the contrasts of East and West blend seamlessly. Get ready to enjoy an extraordinary vacation.
Arrival on your international flight at the spectacular Istanbul Airport (IST) at 15:30 hrs. Inaugurated in April 2019, it is currently the largest in Europe and one of the largest in the world. After disembarking, passing through immigration, and collecting luggage, proceed to our meeting point at Exit Gate 8. You will then meet our drivers for transfer to the hotel. Check-in and free time to rest.

DAY 03 ISTANBUL
Breakfast. Optional excursion: "Pearls of the Golden Horn and the Bosphorus" (includes lunch). Departure at approx. 08:00 (time to be confirmed by the guide): Visit the old Jewish quarter of Balat and the Greek quarter of Fener, taking in the magnificent views of the Golden Horn; then visit the Cathedral of St. George, the principal seat of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate; continue to the Mosque of Suleiman the Magnificent, designed by the Ottoman architect Mimar Sinan, which boasts the largest dome of any mosque in Istanbul. Head to the Spice Bazaar—a place with a special charm thanks to its colors and aromas, and the perfect spot to buy teas, herbs, dried fruits, traditional sweets, and, of course, spices. Conclude with a boat cruise along the Bosphorus, the strait dividing the city between Europe and Asia, where we will admire wonderful views of Ottoman fortresses, palaces, villas, and the bridges connecting both sides of the metropolis. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.

DAY 04 ISTANBUL
Breakfast. Free day for personal activities.
Optional excursion “JEWELS OF CONSTANTINOPLE” (includes lunch at a local restaurant): Departure approx. 08:00 (schedule to be confirmed by the guide). Visit the city’s historic center and discover the vestiges of the empires that shaped modern Istanbul: the Roman Hippodrome, the social hub of Constantinople for centuries, with its Obelisk of Theodosius, the Serpent Column, and the German Fountain; the Blue Mosque, with over 20,000 handmade ceramic tiles from Iznik; enjoy a panoramic view of Hagia Sophia, built in 537 AD—a masterpiece that has served as church, mosque, and museum, featuring one of the largest domes in the world.
Continue to the majestic Topkapi Palace, home to Ottoman sultans for over 400 years, visiting its royal gardens, kitchens, and treasury halls. Discover the mysterious Harem, the private quarters of the sultan’s wives and children, famed for its luxurious décor. Then visit the Byzantine Church of Aya Irini and end the tour at the Grand Bazaar, one of the world’s largest and oldest covered markets, where bargaining is a tradition. Return to the hotel. Overnight.

DAY 05 ISTANBUL – ANKARA – CAPPADOCIA
Breakfast (lunch box) and early departure (approx. 06:00 – to be confirmed by the guide) toward Ankara for a panoramic visit of Türkiye’s capital and the Mausoleum of Atatürk, founder of the Republic. En route to Cappadocia, a photo stop at the Salt Lake, followed by a visit to a Caravanserai, an ancient inn from the Silk Road era. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 06 CAPPADOCIA
Optional: HOT AIR BALLOON RIDE (subject to weather conditions).
Breakfast. Departure approx. 08:00 to explore this fascinating region, known for its unique volcanic landscape formed over 3 million years ago. Begin at the Göreme Open-Air Museum, a monastic complex with rock-carved chapels decorated with 13th-century frescoes. Continue through the region’s stunning valleys and admire the famous “Fairy Chimneys,” the iconic rock formations of Cappadocia. Stop for panoramic views of the valleys. Lunch en route (not included).
Visit one of the underground cities, marvels of ancient engineering built to protect inhabitants from invasions. End the day with visits to a carpet workshop showcasing local craftsmanship, and a jewelry center featuring regional gemstones. Dinner and overnight.
Hot Air Balloon Details
➤ Approx. 2 hours / Spanish-speaking assistance / Hotel transfers included. Operation depends on weather. In case of cancellation, the excursion may be rescheduled for the next day, replaced with a balloon ride in Pamukkale, or fully refunded.
Departure around 05:30 to witness the sunrise and avoid strong winds. Balloon capacity ranges from 20–24 passengers. Upon arrival (around 06:00), you’ll see the balloon inflation process and enjoy a light breakfast before boarding.
DAY 07 CAPPADOCIA – PAMUKKALE
Breakfast (lunch box). Departure approx. 06:00 (to be confirmed by the guide) toward Pamukkale. Visit the ancient city of Hierapolis and the “Cotton Castle,” a true natural wonder with giant cascades, stalactites, and natural pools. Hierapolis (“Sacred City” in Greek) was known for its temples, theaters, and healing thermal waters that formed the iconic white terraces of Pamukkale (“Cotton Castle” in Turkish). Both sites are UNESCO World Heritage for their historical and natural significance. The region is also known for its cotton production—visit a local textile factory. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 08 PAMUKKALE - SELÇUK - IZMIR/KUSADASI
Breakfast. Departure approx. 08:00 (to be confirmed by the guide) to visit the House of Virgin Mary, located on a nearby hill—believed to be her final home under the care of Apostle John. It is a pilgrimage site for both Christians and Muslims. Lunch en route (not included).
Continue through Selçuk for a panoramic tour of this historically rich city, viewing the Ottoman castle, the Basilica of St. John, and the Temple of Artemis—one of the ancient world’s great wonders. (Entrance fees not included.) Proceed to a leather showroom to see the craftsmanship of lightweight, high-quality lambskin products. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 09 IZMIR / KUSADASI
Breakfast. Free day for personal activities.
Optional excursion “CHIOS – A GREEK PARADISE”: Departure approx. 06:00–07:00 (to be confirmed by the guide). Transfer from the hotel to Çeşme port and ferry to the charming Greek island of Chios. Visit Mesta, a picturesque Byzantine village with narrow cobblestone streets; then continue to Pyrgi, famous for its white-and-black geometric “xysta” patterns adorning the facades. Visit the Mastic Museum to learn about the unique resin harvested only on this island. End the tour at a beautiful Aegean beach for relaxation and swimming before returning by ferry to Çeşme and transfer back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.
DAY 10 IZMIR / KUSADASI – BURSA – ISTANBUL
Breakfast. Departure approx. 08:00 (to be confirmed by the guide) toward Bursa, the first capital of the Ottoman Empire. Panoramic visit including the Green Mosque and the Green Mausoleum, known for their exquisite decoration. Continue to Istanbul. Arrival and check-in at the hotel. Overnight.
DAY 11 ISTANBUL - PANAMA
Breakfast. At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport for Turkish Airlines flight TK-800 departing at 08:00 hrs bound for Panama City.

We are a company that promotes the sale of services and products aimed at national and international tourism, both leisure and corporate, selling transport (land, air and sea), accommodation and entertainment services.
Indeed,by virtue of the business activity carried out, the company ends up receiving, processing and handling information, both from individuals and companies.
In relation to individuals, as a rule, the company will have access to registration information, which may be provided by the holder or searched in research systems available in the market or by public bodies or even available on the world wide web. You may have access to data listed as sensitive by current legislation, depending on the product or service contracted with VIAJOW.

This Statement of Privacy and Protection of Personal Data expresses our commitment to the treatment of personal data collected by VIAJOW in a responsible, ethical manner, in line with our principles and values and, especially, in accordance with the rules of Law No. 13,709/2018 ( General Law for the Protection of Personal Data - “LGPD”) and other applicable legislation in force.

As stated above, VIAJOW will have access to information of individuals, in order to provide services for which its corporate purpose is aimed. Such information may even be on the list of sensitive information brought by the legislation
This information will be shared between partners and service providers contracted by VIAJOW, both nationally and internationally, in order to facilitate the acquisition and enjoyment of the contracted services. Sharing may occur, depending on the services contracted with VIAJOW, including on social networks.
VIAJOW, when it comes to sharing information with service providers (national and international) that are part of the service package purchased by the interested party, is subject to the data protection policy of each policyholder, in this particular, and the holder must consultation with such rules, when the situation so requires.
VIAJOW is not responsible for the manipulation, treatment and sharing of data carried out by VIAJOW service providers, nor for the misuse of information considered sensitive by the collector, since the intermediary service providers are the consumer’s choice.

What types of personal data we can handle;
The personal data that we can handle are registration data, data related to professional life, financial data, which may include: your name; age; birth date; nationality, sex; email address; home address; Country of Residence; lifestyle and social circumstances (eg, your hobbies); family circumstances (eg, your marital status and dependents); details about employment or past employment and education (eg the organization you work for, your title and your educational details); financial and tax information (eg, your income and tax residency); your postings on blogs, forums, wikis and any other social media applications and services; claim details; details of how you use products and services; details of how you like to interact and other similar information.
The personal data that we handle for third parties may include sensitive personal data, which is defined by law as personal data about racial or ethnic origin, religious conviction, political opinion, membership of a trade union or organization of a religious, philosophical or political nature, given that relating to health or sex life, genetic or biometric data, when linked to a natural person. In this way, we can manipulate details about health and sexual orientation.
The types of personal data and special categories of personal data that we handle may vary depending on the services contracted with VIAJOW. In some rare circumstances, we may also collect other special categories of personal data about you, either because you provide this data to us or because we are required to collect it as a result of legal requirements imposed on us.
How do we process personal data?
We collect personal data. As a rule, all data handled by us are provided by the consumer of our services, who may be the data subject or someone who speaks for him. Indeed, we handle personal data in the course of our provision of services to our customer. In rare exceptions, we may collect or obtain such data because you provide it to us or because it is publicly available. However, on these occasions, data will be collected as a result of some specific demand from our customers. How we use personal data The use of personal data by our company specifically meets the command of the recipient of the provision of services. VIAJOW does not use personal data for its own purposes. What legal grounds do we use to process your personal data We are required by law to establish in this document the legal grounds for processing personal data that may be manipulated as a result of service provision contracts signed by VIAJOW, mainly related to the legal hypotheses defined by the LGPD. As a result, your personal data will be processed in the following cases: (a) observation of applicable legal and regulatory obligations that may require the collection, storage and sharing of your personal data in order to comply with legal and regulatory provisions, such as (i) record keeping for tax purposes or providing information to a body public or law enforcement agency; (ii) compliance with labor and social security obligations; (iii) compliance with anti-corruption, money laundering, fraud and irregular conduct obligations. To whom we disclose your personal data
VIAJOW never discloses personal data on its own. Any disclosure will result from the provision of services and preceded by a prior analysis of the authorization taken by the service holder, which will be taken together with the formalization of the contract for the acquisition of VIAJOW products or services.
How we protect your personal data
We use a number of physical, electronic and managerial measures to ensure that your personal data remains secure, accurate and up to date. These measures include:
· Education and training of responsible staff so that they are aware of our privacy and data protection obligations when dealing with personal data;
· Administrative and technical controls to restrict access to personal data, subject to the need for knowledge;
· Technological security measures, including firewalls, encryption and antivirus software;
· Physical security measures, such as employee security passes to access our facilities.
Although we use appropriate security measures, once we receive your personal data, the transmission of data over the internet (including via email) is never completely secure. We strive to protect your personal data, but we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to or by us.
Aiming at the proper protection and treatment of your personal data in accordance with the LGPD, in addition to other applicable laws, we are committed to:

· Keep a record of personal data processing operations carried out, especially when based on legitimate interest;

· Use systems for the processing of personal data that are structured in order to meet security requirements, standards of good practices and governance and the general principles provided for in the LGPD;
· Deleting personal data after the end of its treatment, within the scope and technical limits of the activities, authorized for conservation for the purposes provided by law; and
· Observe the guidelines, rules and regulations issued by the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
How long will we keep your information?
We will keep your personal data on our systems for the longer of the following periods:
(i) as long as necessary for the relevant activity or services;
(ii) any retention period required by law;
(iii) the end of the period in which disputes or investigations in relation to the Services may arise;
(iv) as long as your consent is valid, in the applicable cases;
(v) pursuant to current legislation.
