DAY 1 • ISTANBUL
Welcome to Turkey! Upon your arrival at Istanbul International Airport (IST), you will go through immigration and collect your luggage. Then, head to our meeting point located at Gate 8 in the arrivals area, where a representative will be waiting to assist you with your transfer to the hotel. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and enjoy some free time. We suggest taking the afternoon to explore the area around your hotel or savor a traditional Turkish dinner at a local restaurant. Get ready for an exciting adventure in this vibrant city! Accommodation.
DAY 2 • ISTANBUL
Enjoy a free day with the option to join the fascinating excursion "Jewels of Constantinople with Lunch" (not included). We will begin our adventure at the Roman Hippodrome, the heart of ancient Constantinople, where you can explore the remnants of this iconic social center, admiring the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Obelisk of Constantine, and the German Fountain, each with its own captivating story. Next, we will visit the famous Blue Mosque, known for its breathtaking interior adorned with over 20,000 handmade ceramic tiles brought from Iznik, featuring six minarets and a magnificent dome that will leave you in awe. From a panoramic viewpoint, you'll appreciate Hagia Sophia, an architectural masterpiece built in 537 that has served as a church, mosque, and museum throughout its history, with a dome that remains one of the largest in the world. We will then head to the majestic Topkapi Palace, the residence of Ottoman sultans for over 400 years, where we will explore the beautiful royal gardens, kitchens, and impressive halls housing the treasures of the empire, including the mysterious Harem, famous for its luxurious decor and the intriguing lives of the sultan's wives and children.
Continuing our visit, we will stop at the Church of Aya Irini, a Byzantine gem that never became a mosque, making it even more special. To conclude the tour, we will visit the Grand Bazaar, one of the largest and oldest covered markets in the world, where you can enjoy the vibrant tradition of bargaining. After a day filled with history and culture, return to your hotel for accommodation.
DAY 3 • ISTANBUL - CAPPADOCIA
Take advantage of your free day with the option to join the excursion "Gems of the Golden Horn and Bosphorus with Lunch." We will start the day in the historic Jewish quarter of Balat, where you can immerse yourself in the rich history and culture of the area. Next, we will visit the Greek neighborhood of Fener, enjoying magnificent views of the Golden Horn. Our next stop will be St. George's Cathedral, the seat of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate, a place of great spiritual significance. We will then proceed to the impressive Suleymaniye Mosque, designed by the renowned Ottoman architect Mimar Sinan, famous for having the largest dome among all mosques in Istanbul. Following this, we will explore the vibrant Spice Bazaar, filled with colors and aromas, perfect for purchasing teas, herbs, dried fruits, sweets, and, of course, spices. We will conclude the tour with a relaxing boat ride along the Bosphorus, the strait that divides the city between Europe and Asia, where you can admire stunning views of Ottoman fortresses, palaces, villas, and the bridges connecting both sides of this fascinating city. At the end of the excursion, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Cappadocia. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and taken to your hotel for accommodation.

DAY 4 • CAPPADOCIA
Today, we will explore this marvelous region with its fascinating and unique landscape, formed by volcanic lava over 3 million years ago. Our first stop will be the Göreme Open-Air Museum, a monastery featuring chapels carved into volcanic rocks and decorated with 13th-century frescoes. Next, we will visit the stunning valleys of the region, known for their “otherworldly” landscapes. You’ll have the chance to appreciate the iconic geological formations of the area, including the famous "Fairy Chimneys." We will make a stop to enjoy the incredible panoramic view of Pigeon Valley, named for the numerous pigeons that nest in the rocks, which have historically provided food and fertilizer for the locals. Next, we will visit an underground city in Cappadocia, an impressive engineering feat constructed by ancient communities to protect themselves from attacks throughout history. After our tour, we will visit a carpet center to learn about the artisanal production of these true treasures. We will also explore a gemstone center known for its exclusive regional jewelry designs. Return to the hotel for dinner and accommodation.

DAY 5 • CAPPADOCIA - PAMUKKALE
Today, we will depart for Pamukkale to visit the ancient city of Hierapolis and the stunning Cotton Castle, a true natural wonder featuring giant waterfalls, stalactites, and thermal pools. The name "Hierapolis" comes from Greek, meaning "sacred city," reflecting the numerous temples and religious sites that once existed there. One of the most notable features of Hierapolis is its famous theater, which could accommodate thousands of spectators and remains largely intact today. The city gained fame as a popular spa and healing destination due to its natural hot springs and white travertine pools. These mineral-rich waters have created impressive natural terraces and cascading formations known as "Pamukkale," which translates to "Cotton Castle" in Turkish. Pamukkale and Hierapolis are both recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Sites due to their historical significance and breathtaking beauty. Enjoy dinner at the hotel followed by accommodation.
DAY 6 • PAMUKKALE - SELCUK - IZMIR/KUSADASI - ISTANBUL
Today, we will begin our journey with a visit to the House of Mary, located on a nearby hill. This site is revered as the final resting place of the mother of Jesus, who, according to Christian tradition, spent her last years in Ephesus under the care of the Apostle John. The house is now an important pilgrimage site for both Christians and Muslims, regarded as a sacred place. Next, we will take a panoramic tour of Selçuk, where you can appreciate the rich history of the city. Highlights will include the Ottoman castle, the Basilica of St. John, and the ruins of the Temple of Artemis, which established Ephesus as a significant religious and cultural center in antiquity. After exploring Selçuk, we will visit a showroom specializing in leather goods, where you can admire high-quality products made from lambskin, known for their lightweight and durability. At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back to Istanbul. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel for accommodation.

We are a company that promotes the sale of services and products aimed at national and international tourism, both leisure and corporate, selling transport (land, air and sea), accommodation and entertainment services.

This information will be shared between partners and service providers contracted by VIAJOW, both nationally and internationally, in order to facilitate the acquisition and enjoyment of the contracted services. What types of personal data we can handle;
The personal data that we can handle are registration data, data related to professional life, financial data, which may include: your name; age; birth date; nationality, sex; email address; home address; Country of Residence; lifestyle and social circumstances (eg, your hobbies); family circumstances (eg, your marital status and dependents); details about employment or past employment and education (eg the organization you work for, your title and your educational details); financial and tax information (eg, your income and tax residency); your postings on blogs, forums, wikis and any other social media applications and services; claim details; details of how you use products and services; details of how you like to interact and other similar information.

How do we process personal data?
We collect personal data. As a rule, all data handled by us are provided by the consumer of our services, who may be the data subject or someone who speaks for him. Indeed, we handle personal data in the course of our provision of services to our customer. VIAJOW never discloses personal data on its own. Any disclosure will result from the provision of services and preceded by a prior analysis of the authorization taken by the service holder, which will be taken together with the formalization of the contract for the acquisition of VIAJOW products or services.
How we protect your personal data
We use a number of physical, electronic and managerial measures to ensure that your personal data remains secure, accurate and up to date. These measures include:
